The Classical Association of the Atlantic States Call for
Papers 2010 Annual Meeting, October
7-9 Elizabeth, New Jersey |
We invite individual and group proposals on all aspects of the classical
world and the classical tradition, and on new strategies and resources for
improved teaching. Especially welcome are presentations that aim at maximum
audience participation and integrate the concerns of K-12 and college faculty.
We are planning a special session on Thornton Wilder and the Classics, and we
are delighted that the poet, essayist, and critic Katha Pollitt will be our
Saturday luncheon speaker.
